Racer X

I drove in two amateur racing organizations (simultaneously on alternating weekends) for four straight years (until my dr discovered my heart arrhythmia. Oopsie!). Lots and lots of racing. And I drove in every race dressed head to toe as Racer X. But through all those races, not one person recognized me. So sad.

But then again, Racer X is a race car driver and also a spy with a super secret identity. So I guess it checks out, right?

A friend once snarkily remarked that is isn’t technically cosPLAY if I am dressing up as a race car driver while actually driving a real race car in a real race. But I replied that it definitely IS cosplay if I’m dressing up as a race car driver from a cartoon. Tell me I’m wrong.
